Your training window is the gap between two trains.
Most transformation programmes are written for someone who lives fifteen minutes from the gym. This one is written for the 06:00 alarm in Chelmsford and the platform at the other end of the day. It runs on two sessions a week that survive a timetable, it puts the important work in the morning, and it assumes your weekend happens at home.

What a block involves
A twelve-week body transformation
built around a timetable
Body Transformation
The blockA coached twelve-week block of training and nutrition, planned backwards from the trains you actually catch rather than from an ideal week. Two sessions most weeks, weighted towards the morning slot because that is the one a delayed service cannot take, with the weekend work built to run at home.
About Body Transformation Liverpool Street
Planned backwards
from the last train
Body Transformation Liverpool Street is a guide to 1 way of training, owned by the UNTIL group. Coaching happens at UNTIL Liverpool Street, 280 Bishopsgate, EC2M 4RB, a short walk from a station that recorded 98 million entries and exits between April 2024 and March 2025 and has been the busiest in Great Britain for 3 years running.
Almost nobody who trains here lives here. The Great Eastern Main Line brings people in from Essex, the West Anglia Main Line from Hertfordshire, and the Elizabeth line, 4 Underground lines and the Weaver line carry the rest. That is the difference this site is built on: a commuter has 2 fixed walls in the day rather than 1, and the training window sits between them.
The club opens at 06:00 on weekdays and closes at 20:00. On Saturday it runs 07:00 to 14:00, and on Sunday it does not open. Those hours are 1 hour shorter midweek and 5 hours shorter on a Saturday than the UNTIL clubs in Soho and Marylebone, which is what a building looks like when it is shaped around a railway rather than around a neighbourhood.
How It Works
How a block is planned
around your commute
Start with the timetable
The first conversation is about your week before it is about your training. Which service you catch in the morning, which one you need at night, and what is genuinely left in between once changing and showering come out of it. That number decides the programme, and it is usually smaller than people expect.
Set a floor you can hold
Two coached sessions a week that hold through a bad month beat four that are met twice in twelve weeks. The floor is agreed honestly at the start so the block is built on sessions that will actually happen, and anything above it is a bonus rather than a requirement the plan depends on.
Weight the block forwards
The heaviest and most technical work goes in the morning slot, because a 06:30 session competes with nothing and an 18:30 session competes with every overrunning meeting and every delayed train. Evening sessions carry the work that can absorb being missed without breaking the progression.
Make the weekend portable
The club shuts at 14:00 on Saturday and does not open on Sunday, and nobody travels in from Essex at the weekend to train where they work. The weekend session is therefore designed to run at home with very little equipment, and the nutrition side is set up to survive a Saturday rather than be rescued on Monday.
Review at twelve weeks
Progress is checked on a fixed cadence rather than chased session to session, and the block closes with a review against where you actually started. Engineering works, cancellations and the weeks that got away are part of the twelve rather than an asterisk against them.
FAQ
Common questions about
training around a commute
Who is this site for?
People who commute into Liverpool Street and want a structured twelve-week block that accounts for it. Most are travelling in from Essex or Hertfordshire on the main lines, and their limiting factor is the timetable rather than motivation. If you live in the City, the constraint is different and so is the plan.
Where does the training happen?
At UNTIL Liverpool Street, 280 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 4RB, on the City side of the station and a short walk from the concourse. It is a private club with a full strength floor and changing facilities, which matters when you cannot go home to change before or after a session.
What are Body Transformation Liverpool Street's opening hours?
Monday to Friday it opens at 06:00 and closes at 20:00. Saturday runs 07:00 to 14:00, Sunday is closed, and bank holidays run 07:00 to 15:00. The weekday close is the number that shapes most commuter plans, because an evening session realistically has to start by about 18:30.
How many sessions a week does a Body Transformation Liverpool Street block need?
Two coached sessions a week held for the full twelve weeks is the realistic floor for most commuters, and it is enough to change body composition when the sessions are used well. Three is a good month. The number is agreed at the start against your actual week rather than an ideal one.
What does it cost?
Rates are set by the individual coach and depend on session length and the size of the block, so no single figure here would be honest. This site sets no prices and delivers no coaching. Current rates are confirmed on enquiry, in writing, before you commit to anything at all.
Do you coach people on this site?
No. This site is owned by the UNTIL group and holds no gym, employs no coach and trains nobody. It exists to set out what a twelve-week block looks like for a commuter, then to arrange an assessment with a coach through UNTIL Health Concierge if it suits you.
What happens when trains are disrupted?
The block is written to absorb it. Sessions are substitutable, the week has a defined minimum that can be run without the club, and progressions step from where you actually are. Engineering works and cancellations are planned for across twelve weeks rather than treated as a personal failure.
Why are there no before-and-after photographs?
Because no client has consented to have their photograph published on this site, and consent for a body image is never something to assume. Using stock or borrowed results would misrepresent what your own twelve weeks is likely to produce. The pages describe what changes instead.
